If you're addicted to cycling or you're just getting into it, here's my podcast about my cycling adventure in Sweden (from a story I wrote earlier this year)....

First Podcast

The podcasting trend is quickly catching on in Sweden. Stockholm hosted Sweden's first podcamp, a new media "un-conference," last summer. As a broadcaster, I can't believe it took me this long to put together my first podcast. This podcast is not about Sweden. But it's a podcast that will appeal to anyone curious about distance running or endurance events, a podcast about what I witnessed during the 2006 running of the Western States 100.
